Ingredients of a healthy daily diet

A simple healthy diet is an integral part of the health of the body. The products we eat directly affect the general condition of the body, have a beneficial or harmful effect on individual organs, on the skin and hair, on immunity, performance and even on our mood.

The issues of proper nutrition have been of concern to scientists for a long time: they thought about this problem back in the 20th century. Today this issue is especially acute, since shop windows are replete with a variety of products, the quality and benefits of which many scientists doubt.
In order to get the healthiest food and consume only high-quality foods that have a beneficial effect on the body, you need to figure out what it really is and what foods should be consumed, and what is under the strictest prohibition.
The body of every person needs such fundamental components as proteins, fats, carbohydrates and, of course, one should not forget about minerals and vitamins. These components must be included in the healthy diet menu for the day in the following ratio: one part of fats and proteins, and four parts of carbohydrates.
If the balance is disturbed, rather unpleasant processes can begin in the body: headache and deterioration of the immune system, irritability and nervousness, fatigue, skin and hair will lose attractiveness and look unhealthy, and digestive problems will arise.

The undoubted advantages of a proper healthy diet are such consequences as the absence of obesity, increased immunity, high-quality cleansing of the body: quick elimination of toxins, rapid growth of nails and hair, improvement of the condition and appearance of the skin, strengthening of bone tissue, healthy teeth, stress resistance and increased efficiency, yes and just a good mood.
